dc.description.abstract	Незважаючи на те, що питання мотивації випускників ЗВО до працевлаштування та виявлення рівня їх конкурентоспроможності знайшло своє висвітлення у ряді наукових праць, деякі аспекти, залишилися недостатньо дослідженими. Саме це і зумовило актуальність вибору теми дослідження. У розділі 1 магістерської роботи здійснено теоретичне дослідження наукових підходів у сфері молодіжного ринку праці, проаналізовано - нормативно-правове забезпечення конкурентоспроможності молоді на ринку праці України та визначено особливості та проблеми працевлаштування молодих спеціалістів в Україні. Розділ 2 присвячений емпіричному дослідженню освітньопрофесійних орієнтацій здобувачів вищої освіти на базі Чернігівського національного технологічного університету та Коледжу. Визначено освітньопрофесійні установки, цінності, трудову мотивацію. Також проведено емпіричне дослідження чинників впливу на конкурентоспроможність молоді на ринку праці (на думку роботодавців). Розділ 3 спрямований на удосконалення системи співпраці освіти та бізнесу як ключового напряму підвищення конкурентоспроможності молоді на ринку праці України. Розроблені практичні заходи які сприятимуть зміцненню співпраці бізнес- освіта. Наукова новизна та теоретичне значення одержаних результатів полягають у тому, що подальшого розвитку набуло дослідження ціннісних орієнтацій випускників ЗВО, які впливають на їх подальше працевлаштування.	en_US

dc.description.abstractalt1	Despite the fact that the issue of graduates’ motivation to find a job and to find out their level of competitiveness has been considered in many scientific works, some aspects have remained insufficiently researched. This is what made the choice of research topic relevant. In the first chapter of the master's thesis, a researchers' theoretical study in the field of youth labor market was talking about, the legal and legal competition of young people's competitiveness in the Ukrainian labor market was analyzed, and the peculiarities and problems specializing in international workplaces in Ukraine were separated. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical study of the educational and vocational orientations of higher education applicants at Chernihiv National Technological University and the College. Educational and professional attitudes, values, work motivation are determined. An empirical study of the factors affecting the competitiveness of young people in the labor market (according to employers) was also conducted. The third chapter is aimed at improving the system of cooperation between education and business as a key area of increasing the competitiveness of young people in the Ukrainian labor market. Practical measures have been developed which will help strengthen business education cooperation. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the obtained results are that further development was gained by the study of the value orientations of the graduates, which have influence on their further employment.	en_US
